The agreement

By using this app you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

What you are responsible for

• That you have a lawful basis for contacting the people you upload, under whatever rules apply where they are, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• The content of everything sent from your account, including anything an AI feature drafted and you sent.
• Keeping your password to yourself, and the security of the mailboxes you connect.
• Honouring unsubscribe requests promptly.

What we do not allow

• Sending unsolicited bulk email to lists you bought or scraped without a lawful basis.
• Anything unlawful, deceptive, or intended to impersonate somebody else.
• Attempting to reach another account's data, or to get around the limits in the app.

What we promise, and what we do not

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and will fix what we can, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable, and we cannot guarantee that any particular email is delivered: that is decided by the receiving mail server, not by us.

We are not liable for lost business, lost profit or lost data beyond what the law requires of us.

Ending it

You can stop using the app at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to zohaibrashid062@gmail.com.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
